Users must reach the 15th level on the BetFury platform to be eligible for the VIP Concierge Service.
The user contacts the VIP manager in any convenient way to create a request. Please keep in mind that the fulfillment of requests is possible only during the VIP manager's working hours. If you need anything urgent, please inform the manager of your request in advance.
The duration of the request’s execution may vary depending on the specifics of the request.
Users must comply with the gaming platform's code of conduct and community rules when using the VIP Concierge service. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of the VIP Concierge service.
All information provided to the VIP Concierge, including personal data and preferences, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The gaming platform will not disclose such information to third parties without express consent, except as required by law.
BetFury shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the VIP Concierge service.
betfury.io reserves the right to terminate or suspend the VIP Concierge service at any time, with or without cause. In case of termination, the VIP manager will notify users.
betfury.io reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and further use of the VIP concierge service means accepting the amended terms and conditions.
betfury.io reserves the right to refuse services without explanation, including if fulfilling the request violates the law or moral and ethical standards. It is also impossible to fulfill requests in the territory of martial law countries, countries under sanctions, and restricted countries.
The VIP Concierge function is currently in test mode. Therefore, specific requests might not be available for execution. For more details, please contact your VIP manager.
