📌Bonuses Policy
These BetFury Bonuses Policy are entered into between you, hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your” or "user" and betfury.io (hereinafter referred to as “BetFury”) as defined below. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The BetFury Bonuses are created to encourage users to use the BetFury platform.
By using the BetFury Platform and Betfury Bonuses, you acknowledge, agree, and confirm that:
the use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited;
any abuse of the BetFury bonus is prohibited;
it is possible to use bonuses only in the way that is provided by the mechanics of these bonuses;
the use of any bots or other third-party services to collect bonuses is prohibited;
not to exploit any bugs or defects found in the software for fraud and to notify BetFury of any bugs, defects, etc., found in the software.
We reserve the right to refuse any payout and cancel any bonus awarded if we think it was obtained in violation of BetFury rules or as a result of system abuse.
Any joint actions of several users to obtain bonuses without reason or abuse the system are considered a gross violation of this Policy. All bonuses and income received as a result of using bonuses will be confiscated, and the accounts will be blocked.
We reserve the right to change the mechanics, order, and feature calculation or remove any bonus without notification to users.
We reserve the right to restrict the withdrawal of any received bonus from the BetFury platform.
In case of discovery of the fact of abuse of any bonus, BetFury reserves the right to confiscate the accrued and paid bonuses, as well as any income received as a result of the use of such bonuses. BetFury also reserves the right to block such an account.
We disclaim all liability, and you waive any claims for bugs, errors, or malfunctions in Betfury Bonuses.
The BetFury Bonuses are offered on a strictly “as-is” and “where-available” basis, and BetFury expressly disclaims, and you waive, all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the BetFury Bonuses are offered without any warranty as to merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. You acknowledge and agree that the use of the BetFury Bonuses is at your own risk. BetFury has no liability for any lost profits or indirect, or lost digital assets, punitive, special, or consequential damages or losses, even if notified of the possibility thereof. We assume no liability or responsibility for any: (a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and/or software or services proposed by BetFury; (b) interruption or cessation of function related to the software and BetFury services; (c) bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the website; (d) errors or omissions in, or loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any services from the BetFury platform.
We reserve the right to change this Policy. By receiving BetFury Bonuses, you automatically agree to this Policy and undertake to comply with it.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS
11. Cashback
11.1. Сashback is credited from lost deposit funds.
11.2. Cashback is accrued twice a week: on Tuesday and Friday, it can be claimed in BFG or USDT.
11.3. Cashback is calculated from your Casino and Sports activity during one period according to the formula: Cashback amount = Your lost coins in one game period X Cashback%.
11.4. Only closed bets with a coefficient of 1.2 and higher take part in the Cashback calculation. There are also the following rank restrictions:
Rank 1-12: Only combo bets or system bets count.
Rank 13-20: All types of sports bets are considered, including singles.
11.5. Bets with outcomes “refunded”, “rejected”, “cancelled”, or “cashed out” are automatically excluded from the cashback calculation.
11.6. Coins for staking payouts are involved in the Cashback accrual.
11.7. You have only one period to withdraw the Cashback amount. If you avoid receiving cashback from the previous period, you won't receive it in the future.
11.8. The Cashback bonus is provided for one person (i.e., one account and IP address). Players cannot use multiple accounts to receive Cashback. BetFury reserves the right to completely disable the Cashback function for users who use various schemes and multi-counting to manipulate the receiving Cashback.
11.9. BetFury reserves the right to change the Cashback feature's calculation, mechanics, and rules at any time.
12. Rakeback
12.1. Rakeback is calculated based on Wager in Casino, Live Casino and Sports betting.
12.2. Only closed sports bets with a coefficient of 1.1 and higher are included in the calculation of Rakeback.
12.3. Bets with outcomes “refunded”, “rejected”, “cancelled”, or “cashed out” are automatically excluded from the Rakeback calculation.
12.4. For Rank 10 and above players, bets in Live Casino providers Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi are included in the Rakeback calculation.
12.5. Bonus calculation formula: Wager X House Edge % X 10%. House Edge % depends on the game category.
12.6. Rakeback can be doubled with Rakeback Boost. It can be activated by marking such bonuses as Cashback, Weekly Bonus, Monthly Bonus, or marking funds from the Bonus calendar. Also, Super VIP players can activate Boost once a day whenever they want.
13. Weekly Bonus
13.1. Weekly bonus is calculated based on Wager and lost deposit funds in Casino and Live Casino.
13.2. The bonus is calculated based on activity from Saturday to Friday. And becomes available for branding on Saturday, 00:00 UTC.
13.3. For players of Rank 10 and above, bets in Live Casino providers Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi are included in the Weekly bonus calculation.
14. Monthly Bonus
14.1. Monthly bonus is calculated based on Wager and lost deposit funds in Casino, Live Casino, and Sports bets.
14.2. Only closed bets on Sports with a coefficient of 1.1 and higher take part in the calculation of the Monthly bonus.
14.3. Bets with outcomes “refunded”, “rejected”, “cancelled”, or “cashed out” are automatically excluded from the Monthly bonus calculation.
14.4. For players of Rank 10 and above, bets in Live Casino providers Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi are included in the Monthly bonus calculation.
14.5. The bonus is calculated based on activity from the 1st to the last day of the month. It becomes available for stamping on the first day of each month, 00:00 UTC.
15. Weekly Sport Bonus
15.1. Complete weekly wager requirements and, depending on its amount, receive a Free Bet next week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 13:00 UTC. The Free Bet amount will be issued in three equal parts on these days.
15.2. Free Bets can only be used for a single bet with coefficients ranging from 1.01 to 5 in any Sports discipline. All the winnings from Free Bets will be accrued in BFG regardless of the currency of the Free Bet that has been placed.
15.3. A weekly wager requirement is considered completed if it meets the requirements specified on the Wager requirements progress bar. To be added to the wager calculation, the bet must be single/combo with a minimum coefficient of 1.1 ( at least 1 bet should be with a coefficient of 1.1 for the combo bet)
15.4. A bet will be credited toward Sports Weekly bonus wager progress after its closing with a result “won” or “lost”. Bets with outcomes “refunded”, “rejected”, “canceled”, or “cashed out” - are not counted towards wager progress.
15.5. Free Bet activation and usage timeframe is 7 days.
15.6. In the case of winnings with Free Bet, only the amount of the winnings will be credited to the main balance. The amount of Free Bet will be deducted as a bonus.
15.7. The wager made with Free Bets will not be counted for Sports Weekly bonus wager calculation, promotions, account total wager, battles, etc.
The users can place bets on pre-match and live matches.
15.8. All the available Free Bets will be displayed in the Sports tab in the My Bets, Bonuses section.
15.9. Only the received amount of winnings from Free Bets are available to withdraw.
15.10. betfury.io reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or cancel any payouts or winnings associated with Free Bet funds in case of suspected abuse of bonus offers.
16. VIP Bounty Bonus
16.1. VIP Bounty bonus is calculated based on Wager and lost deposit funds across the platform.
16.2. The bonus is available only to VIP players.
16.3. The bonus is calculated based on activity from Monday to Sunday and is credited in three equal amounts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of the following week at 10:30 UTC.
16.4. Only closed sports bets with the coefficient 1.1 and more are taken into account in the Vip Bounty bonus.
17. Birthday Bonus
17.1. Birthday Bonus is available only to VIP players.
17.2. Birthday Bonus is a gift from the platform once a year.
17.3. Birthday Bonus is calculated based on the date entered in the KYC form.
17.4. You can change your date of birth only once and only with documentary confirmation of the new date.
