These Terms of service are entered into between you, hereinafter referred to as โyouโ or โyourโ and betfury.io (hereinafter referred to as โBetFuryโ) as defined below. References to โyouโ and/or โyourโ are references to any person using, accessing, or attempting to use BetFury Crypto Swap. BetFury Crypto Swap is provided by Universe B Games B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curacao, registration no 155126 and license # GLH-OCCHKะขW0712232020 in a partnership with the Service Provider company DIGITALRIDE SPรลKA Z OGRANICZONฤ ODPOWIEDZIALNOลCIฤ incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Poland, number in the Register of Virtual Currency activities RDWW-737, dated May 4, 2023.
Your access to and use of the BetFury Crypto Swap is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of services. These Terms apply to all visitors and all others who use the Crypto Swap.

You can swap any cryptocurrencies only which available on the BetFury platform.
The rate of all cryptocurrencies is established by our platform and is updated in real-time. The exchange rate of cryptocurrencies on our platform may differ from the exchange rate on other platforms or CEXes.
The value of cryptocurrencies may fluctuate significantly and there is a substantial risk of economic losses when selling and/or buying the cryptocurrencies. This risk is your own. By using the BetFury Crypto Swap you confirm that you have sufficient knowledge to buy and sell cryptocurrencies.
For exchange, you can only use the cryptocurrency that is on your account balance. You cannot swap any currencies from bonus balance currency.
After confirming the transaction and debiting the cryptocurrency from your account, the tokens of your chosen currency are credited to the balance within one hour, but in any case no more than 24 hours from the moment the transaction is confirmed. This provision does not apply if the transaction is stopped for account verification and KYC.
You can use the tokens you received both for games on the platform and withdraw them to your crypto wallet.
You confirm your understanding that BetFury Crypto Swap is not an activity covered by our gaming license and is offered by BetFury separately from the main activity.
We are not responsible for fluctuations and financial risks associated with cryptocurrintiers rates. You alone bear all financial risks associated with the exchange of tokens on our platform.
You confirm your understanding that any damages or losses incurred by you as a result of changes in the rate or other circumstances are solely your responsibility. Under no circumstances shall BetFury be held liable for any loss or consequences caused by your trades, including financial loss.
You confirm your understanding that BetFury Crypto Swap is not a financial instrument. BetFury Crypto Swap is a product that is designed to attract new audiences to the Betfury platform.
You expressly agree that you assume all risks in connection with your access and use of the services. You further expressly waive and release us from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, or damages arising from or in any way relating to your use of the BetFury Crypto Swap.
The User shall be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, if any, to which the received cryptocurrency might be subject and any and all other taxes that may apply to the User. Betfury makes no representations in this regard. The User agrees to indemnify and hold Betfury harmless against any taxes, including penalties, duties, and interest levied by any government on the received cryptocurrency.
You Confirm that the cryptocurrencies, which you have topped up or will top up into your BetFury account, or the funds, which you have used or will use for the purchase of the cryptocurrencies to be topped up into your BetFury account and which you will use in BetFury Crypto Swap are not derived from money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other illegal or criminal activity under any Law in the respective jurisdiction.
BetFury reserves the right, without explaining the reason, to ask you for confirmation of the origin of the funds which you have topped up or will top up into your BetFury account, or the funds, which you have used or will use for the purchase of the cryptocurrencies to be topped up into your BetFury account. Betfury reserves the right to freeze your funds until you confirm the origin of these funds.
In any case, Betfury has a strict anti-money laundering policy. This means that we reserve the right to hold any transaction until the completion of full account verification & KYC. Betfury reserves the right to stop any transaction if we suspect a violation of money laundering legislation or/and our Terms.
BetFury does not bear any responsibility in the case of loss of funds, which occurred because of illegal actions of third parties, in particular, but not exclusively in the case of hacker attacks, DDOS attacks, and other actions of third parties, which are aimed at acquiring funds.
We assume no liability or responsibility for any:(a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and/or software, or services, proposed by BetFury;(b) interruption or cessation of function related to the software and BetFury Crypto Swap services;(c) bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the website;(d) errors or omissions in, or loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any services from the BetFury website.
You confirm that you are familiar with these Terms and that you fully understand them. These Terms are mandatory for everyone using BetFury Crypto Swap service. By using it, you accept these Terms and undertake to comply with them. These Terms are binding on all users, without exception.By using BetFury Crypto Swap, you automatically agree to these Terms and undertake to comply with them.
This Terms, together with the BetFury Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and other BetFury platform`s rules, represents the entire agreement between you and BetFury in relation to the use of the BetFury Crypto Swap.
BetFury reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at its sole discretion. BetFury will notify about such changes by updating the terms on its website and modifying the โlast revisedโ date displayed in the header of the document. All the changes to these Terms will become effective upon publication on the website or release to users. Hence, your continued use of BetFury Crypto Swap service implies your automatic acceptance of the modified Terms.
